The following policy governs access to and use of materials provided through the
WMRN Radio History Archive. This archive is committed to making historical materials
as widely accessible as possible while respecting donor agreements, copyright, and
privacy.

## Introduction

The WMRN Radio History Archive makes historical materials available for research,
reference, and educational use. Access to archival materials is subject to the terms
and conditions outlined in this policy.

By accessing materials through the WMRN Radio History Archive, you agree to comply
with this Access and Use Policy.

## Research and Educational Use

Materials provided through this archive may be used for non-commercial research,
personal study, journalism, and educational purposes without prior permission, provided
that proper attribution is given to the WMRN Radio History Archive as the source.

Proper attribution format: WMRN Radio History Archive, wmrnhistory.com. Please include
the accession identifier when referencing specific archival items.

## Reproduction and Publication

Reproduction, publication, or public display of archival materials — in print, digital,
or broadcast formats — may require written permission from the WMRN Radio History
Archive.

Some materials may have been contributed by donors who retain rights over specific
items. In those cases, permission must be sought from the relevant rights holder.

To request permission for reproduction or publication, please contact us with a
description of the material, the intended use, and the proposed distribution scope.

## Commercial Use

Commercial use of archival materials requires explicit written authorization from
the WMRN Radio History Archive and, where applicable, from individual donors or
rights holders.

Unauthorized commercial use of materials from this archive is not permitted.

## Donor Agreement Materials

Certain materials in the archive are held subject to donor agreements that may impose
additional restrictions on access, reproduction, or use.

The WMRN Radio History Archive honors all donor-imposed restrictions as a condition
of accepting and preserving contributed materials.

## Copyright and Privacy

The WMRN Radio History Archive does not claim to hold copyright over all materials
within its collection. Many items were created by third parties, and copyright may
rest with those creators.

The archive makes good-faith efforts to identify the copyright status of materials
and to honor applicable rights.

Materials involving identifiable private individuals may be subject to additional
restrictions to respect personal privacy.
